Simply stated, The "WOW" Principle is the "one thing". Before we get too carried away with quotation marks, let us explain.
Remember the movie "City Slickers"? Jack Palance's character advises Billy Crystal's character to focus on the "one thing" and everything else in life will take care of itself. The trick is to identify that one thing. And it is different for each of us.
The "WOW" Principle, as it applies to your real estate experience with Horizon View Properties, is all about your one thing. If you are a buyer, we offer an extraordinary level of client services; some you would normally expect from an agent, and some which go above and beyond your expectations. What separates Horizon View Properties from other real estate companies is the "WOW" Principle. It is the one thing that ensures you realize the home of your dreams. It may mean continuing to show properties long past the patience limit of other agents. It may mean travelling to counties outside of San Diego to explore possible home locations. It may mean the accommodation of storage facilities for your furniture and personal belongings until your new home is officially yours. It may mean the rental of a small moving van to transport the items the moving company couldn't fit or were unwilling to handle. As a seller, the "WOW" Principle applies in a different way. For example, let's say the house you wish to sell has beautiful hardwood floors, however, they are hidden by 1970's-era shag carpet. Before the house goes on the market, the unsightly carpet, pad, and pesky floor staples and tack strips miraculously disappear. "WOW"! In example two, a boring, empty condominium is transformed into a fully-staged, designer showcase. (Which, by the way, set a sales price record for the complex and sold before many older listings knew what hit them.) "WOW", indeed!
